Providing assistance with the appointment and resignation of directors and commissioners, relations with notaries, corporate secretarial procedures, board meeting decisions, office addresses and registered office, capital increases or reductions, and meeting regulatory filing requirements.

• Payroll Implementation
Employee payroll services, as well as company and employee BPJS membership registration.
• Payroll Calculation
